The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 175 attendees within the month of April-May 2025 within Little Falls Minnesota per the specifications stated within attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event. DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all services have been received and approved. No partial payments
Background
The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 175 attendees for the 2025 Basic Boating Safety Enforcement School scheduled from April 27 to May 2, 2025.
The lodging must be located within 30 miles of Camp Ripley in Little Falls, Minnesota. This procurement aims to ensure adequate accommodations for participants attending the event.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide single occupancy lodging as follows:
- April 27, 2025: 22 rooms
- April 28, 2025: 27 rooms
- April 29, 2025: 43 rooms
- April 30, 2025: 43 rooms
- May 1, 2025: 40 rooms

Additionally, the contractor must ensure that check-in and check-out processes accommodate the needs of conference attendees, including secure storage for luggage if rooms are not ready.
The facility must comply with ADA standards and fire safety regulations. The contractor will also be responsible for adhering to all local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages and ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
The State reserves the right to inspect the facilities prior to the event.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 21, 2025, and will expire on June 30, 2025, or upon satisfactory completion of all obligations under the contract.

Place of Performance
The lodging services will be performed within Little Falls, Minnesota, specifically within a radius of 30 miles from Camp Ripley.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Minnesota's commitment to diversity and inclusion in public procurement. The contractor must not be debarred or suspended by any government entity. Additionally, if the contract value exceeds $50,000, contractors must implement E-Verify for newly hired employees who will perform work on behalf of the State.
