DNR RFB Forestville/MC Hazard Tree Removal Rebid

Background
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of the State of Minnesota is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the removal of hazard trees at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park Ranger Station located in Fillmore County. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and maintenance of the park by removing five (5) identified hazard trees under the supervision of DNR staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to remove five (5) hazard trees at the Ranger Station. The work must be performed under the direction of DNR staff to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax necessary for project completion.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed by May 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park Ranger Station located in Fillmore County, Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements
