Description
Background
The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking proposals for the development or enhancement of an online behavioral health program locator. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive and user-friendly website for patients, families, healthcare providers, and the public to search for mental health treatment and substance use disorder services in Minnesota.

4. Identification of specialized services such as culturally responsive services and developmentally appropriate services for various age groups.
5. Integration with existing systems like MNMHAccess.
6. Ongoing updates and improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to start on April 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
All work must be performed within the borders of the United States.
