Description
Background
The University of Minnesota is seeking to enhance its marketing and communications efforts, which are currently hindered by a decentralized structure. This has resulted in inefficiencies such as managing over 2,000 web properties and sending 120 million emails annually with duplicated efforts. The lack of a central repository for tracking relationships and coordinating messaging has prevented a unified strategy, leading to oversaturation and reduced engagement with constituents.
The goal of this contract is to implement a comprehensive and centralized Content Engine and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform to address these issues.
Work Details
The contractor will provide a centralized Content Engine and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform that includes the following services:
- Integration of existing web properties into a cohesive system.
- Development of a central repository for content management.
- Tools for tracking relationships with constituents.
- Features that allow for personalized messaging based on audience engagement.
- Analytics capabilities to assess content performance and audience interaction.
- Training and support for University staff on using the new platform effectively.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with specific milestones to be established during the project initiation phase.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Minnesota's main campus in Minneapolis, MN, with potential remote work options as agreed upon.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in implementing similar digital asset management solutions in higher education or large organizations. Additionally, bidders should have relevant certifications or partnerships with recognized DAM platform providers. Subcontracting is allowed but requires prior written consent from the University.
