Broad-Line Vehicle and Upfitting Solutions with Consortium Pricing for Public Agencies

CPC is requesting proposals from experienced suppliers capable of developing and administering a program that enables participating public agencies to purchase a wide range of current make and model vehicles, as well as upfitting products and services, all at discounted consortium-level pricing. The work of the contract involves supplying quality vehicles including but not limited to cars, sedans, 10-passenger vans, electric and hybrid vehicles, utility vehicles, and light and medium-duty trucks along with upfitting solutions such as passenger van conversions, plows, lights, mounts, racks, and more. The awarded supplier(s) must provide an aggressive discount from the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for all offerings under this program. Participating agencies may include educational institutions, cities, counties, nonprofits, other governmental agencies, or entities contracted on behalf of a participating agency. This solicitation, identified as RFP #26.02, is intended to establish a comprehensive vehicle and upfitting solution for a diverse range of public sector organizations. Suppliers interested in responding must demonstrate the resources, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet the requirements outlined above.
