Background
The City of Minneapolis is seeking bids from prospective suppliers for the purchase of table linens for the Minneapolis Convention Center. This initiative aims to ensure that the Convention Center is equipped with high-quality linens that meet specific requirements, enhancing the overall experience for events held at the venue.

Work Details
The contract involves providing the following items:

1. **All in one table linen and skirt for 8' x 30' x 30' table**:
- Quantity: 900
- Specifications: Compatible with existing Milliken Ultra Conference Cloth charcoal linens, 68' x 152' cloth, reversible two-sided bonded fabric, radius corners on front two corners, charcoal color, made of 100% heavy polyester suede-like machine washable no-wrinkle fabric, flame retardant.

2. **All in one table linen and skirt for 4' x 30' x 30' table**:
- Quantity: 100
- Specifications: Compatible with existing Milliken Ultra Conference Cloth charcoal linens, 68' x 76' cloth, reversible two-sided bonded fabric, radius corners on front two corners, charcoal color, made of 100% heavy polyester suede-like machine washable no-wrinkle fabric, flame retardant.

3. **Table linen 90' x 90'**:
- Quantity: 960 (80 dozen)
- Specifications: Compatible with existing Milliken Embassy Signature charcoal gray linens, made of charcoal 100% spun polyester machine washable no-wrinkle fabric, flame retardant.

Period of Performance
All items and quantities requested must be delivered no later than March 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery to be made at Minneapolis Convention Center, Attn: Kurt Hicok, located at 1301 2nd Ave So., Minneapolis, MN 55403.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit samples of the proposed products for evaluation by a specified deadline. Bidders must also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This purchase is tax exempt; therefore sales tax should not be included in bid pricing. Bidders must bid on all items to be considered responsive.
