Air Compressors: Trailer/Skid/Chassis Installed

Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Office of State Procurement, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of air compressors installed on trailers, skids, or chassis.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one or more responders to supply these air compressors as needed by state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. This initiative aligns with the state's commitment to diversity and inclusion in public procurement.

Work Details
Responders are required to provide air compressors that meet the specifications outlined in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work attached to the Sample Contract.

The air compressors must be currently advertised production models modified per the specifications approved by the State. The estimated total dollar value for the contract is $1,000,000 for one year; however, this amount is not guaranteed as it reflects estimated quantities only. The contract will be available to all CPV members at the same prices and terms.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from April 2026 to December 2026, with an option to extend for up to four additional years in increments determined by the State.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will primarily be within the State of Minnesota as specified in individual orders placed by state agencies and CPV members.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Minnesota's small business size standards and may need to demonstrate eligibility as a minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned business or other qualifying status under state procurement programs.

All proposals must be submitted electronically via the SWIFT Supplier Portal; non-electronic responses will not be accepted.
