Work Details
The selected advertising agency will provide comprehensive services including:
1. **Campaign Strategy Development**: Collaborate with Metro Transit’s Marketing team to create strategies that influence customer behavior and perceptions about public transit.
2. **Campaign Creative Development**: Lead the creation of compelling advertising campaigns across various platforms.
3. **Media Planning and Buying**: Develop and execute media plans targeting priority audiences through channels such as television, radio, print, digital, and innovative advertising tactics.
4. **Evaluation and Performance Measurement**: Conduct performance analysis during campaigns and post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness.
5. **Support for Additional Divisions**: Provide marketing support for other Metro Transit initiatives as needed.
6. **Production Ownership**: All produced materials will belong to Metro Transit.
7. **Meeting and Reporting**: Attend monthly meetings to review campaign progress and participate in semiannual evaluations of campaign performance.
8. **Invoices**: Submit detailed monthly invoices for work performed under the contract.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will last for five years unless terminated earlier according to contract terms.

Services will be performed primarily within the Twin Cities metropolitan area, specifically focusing on initiatives related to Metro Transit.
