THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND: This Request for Proposal (RFP/Event/Solicitation) is to accept offers and contract with a vendor(s) to purchase up to six (6) Ice House Trailers, on an as needed basis to the Department of Natural Resources. The State reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of any or all responsible responses which may include, but not limited to Specifications. Locate and download all Event documents and attachments for full and complete Event information. QUESTIONS. Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is seeking to procure up to six (6) Ice House Trailers, 2024 model year or newer, as part of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) identified as G0210-2000016610.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a vendor capable of supplying these trailers on an as-needed basis. The State reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of the proposals received.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing up to six (6) Ice House Trailers that meet the specifications set forth by the DNR.

The trailers must be 2024 model year or newer, or an approved equal. The contractor must ensure that all equipment meets federal and state safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All products supplied must be new and commercially available unless otherwise specified in the contract. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide warranties for materials and equipment furnished under the contract, including a one-year guarantee on installation materials and labor following final acceptance.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 15, 2025, or upon obtaining all required signatures, and will expire on April 14, 2026.

The contract may be extended for up to 48 months in increments determined by the State.
