(3) Patriot Airboats with motors and Trailers

Background
The State of Minnesota, through the Department of Administration - Office of State Procurement, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of three (3) Patriot Airboats measuring 18’x 8’ 2”, equipped with Marine Power 6.6 Direct Injected LT 525HP motors and galvanized trailers, or State-approved equivalents.
This initiative aims to support the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in fulfilling its operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide three (3) Patriot Airboats with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 18 feet by 8 feet 2 inches
- Engine: Marine Power 6.6 Direct Injected LT 525HP motor
- Trailer: Galvanized trailer or State-approved equivalent.
Responders may propose alternative models if they can demonstrate comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics.
All proposals must include detailed specifications and comply with the requirements outlined in Exhibit C of the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Department of Natural Resources within Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as suppliers in the SWIFT Supplier Portal and comply with Minnesota's diversity and inclusion goals.
The solicitation encourages participation from businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, and those with substantial physical disabilities.
Responders must submit required documentation including Responder Declarations and a completed Exhibit D Price Schedule.
