2026 End of Life Campus Building Demolition

Background
The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is issuing this solicitation for the demolition of the Impark Building located at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The project aims to facilitate site work and utility adjustments as part of the airport's ongoing development and maintenance efforts.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete demolition of the Impark Building, including all associated utility and site work necessary to prepare the area for future use. This includes removal of all structures, debris, and any hazardous materials in compliance with local regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will be performed within a specified timeframe following the bid opening on April 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, specifically at the site of the Impark Building.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Minnesota Statute Section 473.144 regarding affirmative action plans for contracts exceeding $100,000. Evidence of compliance must be submitted within one MAC business day following bid opening. Additionally, there is a goal for 18% participation of Small Businesses (SB) in this project. Bidders must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet this goal or risk having their bids deemed non-responsive.
