2025 & 2027 Got Your Shots Immunization Conference

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide 2025 and 2027 Got Your Shots Immunization Conference for Minnesota Department of Health. DATES: The dates for the conference will be one option for each year from the following selected dates: 2025 Preferred Dates are April 10-11, 2025, Alternative Dates are April 24-25, 2025. 2027 Preferred Dates are April 22-23, 2027, Alternative Dates are April 15 16, 2027. The estimated number of attendees is 500-550. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within the following Minnesota counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Stearns, Scott, or Washington. CONTRACT TERM. The Contract Term will be from the date of contract execution through July 31, 2027. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is July 17, 2024, at 3:00 PM Central Time.
