Website and Document Translation Solutions RFS

Background
The Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget is issuing this Request for Solution (RFS) to procure Website and Document Translation Solutions.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive language support for Michigan.gov websites and vital documents, ensuring accessibility and usability for all Michigan residents.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing translation services for both websites and documents associated with Michigan.gov. This includes but is not limited to:
- Translating vital documents into multiple languages as required by the State.
- Ensuring that all translated materials meet the State's Digital Accessibility Standards.
- Providing ongoing support and updates to ensure that translations remain accurate and relevant as content changes.
- Collaborating with State personnel to identify key documents and web pages that require translation services.
- Delivering all translated materials in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract begin date is March 28, 2025.
The duration of the contract will be specified in the awarded proposal, with options for renewal based on performance and needs.

The services will primarily be performed in Michigan, with potential requirements for remote collaboration depending on the contractor's location.
