Virtual Leadership Coaching Services

Background
Michigan State University (MSU) is seeking proposals for virtual leadership coaching services aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities among participants of its Executive MBA (EMBA) program, specifically within the Broad Enterprise Leadership Academy. The initiative focuses on developing high-performance leadership through structured assessments, individualized coaching, and professional development resources.

The contract is anticipated to support two annual groups of approximately 15-20 students each, with the potential for scalability based on demand. The initial term of the contract will be one year, with options for renewal up to four additional years.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide the following services:

1. **Online Leadership Assessment**: Conduct comprehensive online assessments for each participant, including pre-assessment coaching sessions and detailed reports analyzing strengths and areas for improvement.

2. **One-on-One Leadership Coaching**: Offer a series of individual coaching sessions interpreting assessment results and developing personalized leadership improvement plans.

3. **Enrichment and Support Services**: Provide supplementary resources such as reading materials, case studies, simulations, and on-call support via email and phone for urgent needs. Guide participants through self-reflection activities to reinforce learning.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award in August 2025 and will last for one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years in one- or two-year terms.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate experience in executive coaching and leadership development, a proven track record with executive education programs or corporate teams, and qualified coaching professionals.
