UIA Business Management Consultant

Background
The State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Business Management Consultant to support the MiUI initiative. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the MiUI program, which aims to improve business management practices within state operations.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing consulting services that include:
