U-M Logistics, Transportation & Parking, On-Demand and Shuttle Transportation Services

Background
The University of Michigan (U-M) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for On-Demand taxi services and Scheduled Shuttle transportation services on behalf of U-M Logistics, Transportation & Parking (LTP).

The university's mission is to serve the people of Michigan and the world through excellence in education, research, and community service. With a large student body and a highly ranked medical system, U-M aims to enhance its transportation services to better serve its community.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of On-Demand taxi services and Scheduled Shuttle transportation services. Specific services include:
1. Estimated Monthly cost for Ride Home and State Street Ride.
2. Estimated Monthly Cost for Emergency ride home service.
3. Estimated Monthly Cost for Paratransit service.
4. Estimated Monthly Cost for East Ann Arbor Gravel lot Shuttle Service.
5. Estimated Monthly Cost for Late Night Shuttle Service.
6. Estimated Monthly Cost for Glazier Express Shuttle service.

All services are to be provided from June 1, 2025, to May 30, 2028.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 1, 2025, and will run for three years until May 30, 2028, with an option to extend for an additional two years.

Place of Performance
The primary location for service delivery will be the University of Michigan campus located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
