- Memphis Elementary School (34165 Bordman Road)

- Memphis Central Office (34110 Bordman Road)
Specific tasks include:
- Snow plowing and salting of parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, play pads, school fronts, loading docks, and other areas.
- Keeping sight lines clear of snow piles at entrances/exits.
- Marking areas with reflective markers to prevent damage.
- Ensuring services are performed based on weather conditions.
- Storing salt and equipment on District property if available.
- Completing services at the Bus Garage before 5:30 AM and all other buildings by 6:00 AM after snow events.
- Providing any additional necessary services to maintain safety on District properties.
Period of Performance
The contract period will generally run from early November through late March, depending on weather conditions and snowfall forecasts.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Memphis Community Schools in Memphis, Michigan.
