Background
The Berrien County Sheriff's Department is seeking bids for SharePoint Development Support for its Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The SharePoint site must integrate with existing O365 tools and provide functionalities such as centralized document management, automated incident management workflows, role-based access control, integrated alerts and notifications, mobile accessibility for field teams, and training management. Specific tasks include requirements gathering, creating user-friendly subsites for EOC staff and emergency responders, developing core functionalities like news feeds and document libraries, ensuring compliance with security policies, and providing post-launch support.
Period of Performance
The proposals are due by September 22, 2025. The estimated purchase order issue date is October 9, 2025, with a desired completion date for work set for September 3, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
