RFQ for Reseller of ControlUp Tool for AVD Kiosk

Background
The University of Michigan is seeking a reseller for the ControlUp Tool specifically for AVD Kiosk. This solicitation aims to establish a subscription-based pricing model for the software, which will support the university's mission in enhancing its virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) capabilities. The contract is intended to cover a period of five years, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030.

The contract includes the provision of ControlUp for VDI - Advanced with various user configurations and support options specifically for Michigan Medicine. The detailed requirements are as follows:
1. ControlUp for VDI - Advanced:
a. 1,001 concurrent users with Standard Support
b. 1,001 concurrent users with Enterprise Support
c. 5,001 concurrent users with Standard Support
d. 5,001 concurrent users with Enterprise Support
e. 5,001 named users with Standard Support
f. 5,001 named users with Enterprise Support
g. 10,001 named users with Standard Support
h. 10,001 named users with Enterprise Support
i. Site license with Standard Support
j. Site license with Enterprise Support.
Additionally, bidders must provide details on software support services and resources offered, update and release cadence processes, and user training support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Michigan's facilities and may involve remote support as needed.
