Work Details
The selected Proposer will be responsible for providing comprehensive custodial services, which include:

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, for an initial term of one year, concluding on June 30, 2027. The School District has the option to renew the contract annually for up to two additional years.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Durand Area Schools district in Michigan, including Durand High School, Durand Middle School, Bertha Neal Elementary, Robert Kerr Elementary, and other associated facilities.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to Michigan public schools. They must also provide evidence of insurance coverage as specified in the RFP. Additionally, Proposers are required to conduct criminal history checks on all employees assigned to work in the schools.
