The Bullock Creek School District is seeking proposals for the maintenance and improvement of its asphalt parking lots and drives. The scope of work includes:

3. Hot pour filling all exposed surface cracks with approved products such as CrackMaster Supreme Hot Pour Crack Sealant SMT-190 by Sealmaster, Deery 102P Hot Applied Sealant by Deery American Corporation, or Crafco Road Saver 534 Crack Sealant by Crafco Incorporated.
4. Applying two coats of coal tar sealer using approved products like SealMaster Coal Tar Concentrate Pavement Sealer SMT-100 or Jennite Coal Tar Pavement Sealer by Neyra Industries.
5. Ensuring that application conditions meet temperature requirements (above 50 degrees F) for optimal drying.
6. Stripping all areas with surface markings using Traffic Zone latex paint for asphalt surfaces, ensuring compliance with ADA marking requirements for handicap accessible spots.
Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to start after July 4, 2026, and must be completed by July 31, 2026.
