Background
The Troy School District is issuing this invitation to bid for the TSD 2025 Roof Program. This program aims to complete roofing work at Baker Middle School, Troy Union Elementary School, and the Service Building. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of roofing systems within the district's facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the roofing projects at the specified locations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Removal of existing roofing materials
- Installation of new roofing systems
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Providing necessary warranties for workmanship and materials.

Bidders must also include a U.S. Treasury Listed Company Performance and Payment Bond in their proposals if their bid exceeds $50,000.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid award on November 5, 2024, with specific timelines for completion outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The roofing work will be performed at three locations within the Troy School District:
- Baker Middle School
- Troy Union Elementary School
- The Service Building located in Troy, Michigan.
