Background
The City of Detroit's Demolition Department is seeking proposals from pre-qualified contractors for emergency residential demolition services at the property located at 19315 Caldwell. - Complete demolition within 3 days of Notice to Proceed.
- Load out all debris within 7 days post-demolition and request an open hole inspection.
