Request for Proposals - Wayne RESA IT Networking Equipment

Background
Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (WCRESA) is seeking proposals for IT networking equipment to be provided at various educational service agencies and school districts. The agency has outlined a detailed schedule for the release of the RFP, pre-proposal meeting, vendor question due date, proposal due date, and master agreement award date. The pre-proposal meeting will be held via Zoom, and Wayne RESA reserves the right to change the schedule as needed.
Vendors are required to register and submit questions and responses via the MITN Purchasing System.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing Data Center Equipment and services at multiple locations, including WCRESA Consortium, Wayne County RESA, Wayne County School Districts, Livingston Educational Service Agency, Livingston Educational School Districts, other ISD or Educational Service Agencies, and other School districts. The specific items sought include Cisco Smartnet, EDR Solutions, San Storage / Data Domain, Servers, WRESA Servers, Switches Firewalls, Veeam, VMWare, UPS and PDU Units.

Period of Performance
The RFP schedule outlines the release of RFP on April 15, 2024; pre-proposal meeting on April 19, 2024; vendor question due date on April 26, 2024; WRESA answers posting date on April 31, 2024; proposals due by May 9, 2024; and master agreement award date on June 3, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations including WCRESA Consortium, Wayne County RESA (WCRESA), Wayne County School Districts, Livingston Educational Service Agency, Livingston Educational School Districts as well as other ISD or Educational Service Agencies and other School districts.
