Provider Data Management and Credentialing

Background
The University of Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for an application to manage provider data, credentialing, and provider enrollment for multiple entities within its health system. The project aims to implement a hosted solution that will serve the University of Michigan Health - Michigan Medicine Academic Medical Center (AMC), UMH - West, and UMH - Sparrow, each utilizing separate instances of the application.

The University is recognized as one of the nation's premier institutions, with a health system that is routinely ranked among the best in the country.

Work Details
The proposal must include a comprehensive approach that meets all business and technical requirements outlined in the RFP. Key components include:
1) A hosted application solution for managing provider data and credentialing across three organizations.
2) Detailed methodology for implementation, including staffing requirements for both the supplier and the University.
3) A breakdown of costs associated with all services necessary to fulfill the contract.
4) Proposals must be divided into three parts, one for each organization (Michigan Medicine AMC, UMH-West, UMH-Sparrow).
5) Post-launch support and maintenance services must also be included.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a period of three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years based on mutual agreement between the University and the supplier.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with the University of Michigan Health system, specifically at Michigan Medicine AMC, UMH-West in Wyoming, Michigan, and UMH-Sparrow in Lansing.
