St. Joseph County Schools Technology Consortium is a K-12 public school IT team located in Centreville, MI, serving approximately 10,000 students across eight school districts. The consortium assists districts in providing professional consulting services for technology projects, including grant preparation and on-site training.

Work Details
The RFI seeks information regarding capabilities, products, and services related to Physical Security Systems Management. The consortium currently utilizes Lenel OnGuard for Door Access Control and Milestone XProtect as their Video Management System (VMS). They have nearly 1,000 surveillance cameras (mostly Hanwha and Axis models) and approximately 320 card readers across 85 door panels.

The RFI requests innovative solutions to enhance or replace their physical security management systems while retaining existing hardware. Vendors are asked to provide detailed descriptions of their products/services, key features, deployment options, implementation timelines, training programs, ongoing support, pricing models, and future development roadmaps.
