ORACLE Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System integration (SI) Services

Background
The University of Michigan's Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (EFP&A) department is seeking a qualified implementation partner to assist with the configuration and deployment of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The university is transitioning from the SAP BPC tool to Oracle EPM due to the planned decommissioning of the BPC budget tool by the end of 2026. This transition aims to enhance budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range financial planning capabilities for the university's annual budget process and interim budget to actual reporting.

Work Details
The selected implementation partner will assist in configuring and deploying Oracle EPM solutions specifically for:

1. Budgeting processes;
2. Forecasting activities;
3. Reporting requirements;
4. Long-range financial planning for university activities across consolidated university enterprises, individual colleges, units, and related entities.

The RFP outlines expectations for potential partners to submit proposals that meet these requirements.

Period of Performance
The University expects to enter into an agreement with the successful supplier for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods as mutually agreed upon.

Place of Performance
The primary scope of this RFP includes the University of Michigan campus located in Ann Arbor, including coordination with Michigan Medicine.
