NPS Districtwide Technology Upgrades

Background
The Newaygo Public Schools is issuing a solicitation for the Districtwide Technology Upgrades project. The goal of this contract is to enhance the technological infrastructure across multiple school facilities, including the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School.

The project aims to improve communication and security systems within the district.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation and upgrade of paging systems, audiovisual (AV) equipment, structured cabling, clocks, and security cameras across the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School.

Specific tasks may involve running new cabling, installing hardware for AV systems, setting up security cameras in designated areas, and ensuring all systems are integrated and functional.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on January 30, 2026. The exact duration of the project will be determined based on the awarded contractor's schedule.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at three locations within Newaygo Public Schools:
- High School located at 200 East St., Newaygo, MI 49337
- Middle School
- Elementary School.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Familial Disclosure Statement and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit with their bids. Additionally, bids must include bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid amount in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check or money order.
