New Sheiko Elementary School - Bid Package No. 4

Background
The West Bloomfield School District is seeking bids for the construction of the New Sheiko Elementary School as part of Bid Package No. 4.

Work Details
The contract includes providing Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical services, as well as Site and Landscaping work for the New Sheiko Elementary School.

Bidders are required to refer to the plans and specifications prepared by TMP Architecture Inc., which are available through Pipeline Suite. A set of these documents will also be available for review at the office of the Construction Manager, George W. Auch Company.

Period of Performance
The bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM (EST) on November 14, 2024, with a firm proposal period of sixty (60) days following submission.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the New Sheiko Elementary School site located at 4500 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48323.
