New MS Construction

Background
The Huron Valley Schools is issuing a contract for the construction of a New Middle School as part of their 2024 Bond Program. The project is managed by Clark Construction Company, with TMP Architecture serving as the architect. Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence after the bid award on March 12th, 2026 and will continue until project completion as determined by the construction timeline.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at Huron Valley Schools located at 2390 S. Milford Rd., Highland, Michigan 48357.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid security of not less than 5% of the total base bid sum. They are required to submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with members of the Board of Education or Superintendent. Bidders must also certify that they are not an 'Iran linked business' under the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
