Nathan and Catherine Forbes Sports Medicine Institute (FSMI) Construction Management RFP

Background
The University of Michigan (U-M Health) is seeking proposals for Construction Management services for the construction of the Nathan & Catherine Forbes Sports Medicine Institute (FSMI) located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Work Details
The primary scope of this RFP includes Construction Management services for the FSMI project.
Suppliers are expected to provide a detailed proposal that includes their Construction Manager Fee percentage.
The successful supplier will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction management, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue throughout the duration of the construction project, which is anticipated to be several months to years depending on project scope.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Nathan & Catherine Forbes Sports Medicine Institute site in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must be prequalified by U-M AEC for construction management services.
If not prequalified, a U-M Contractor’s Application for Qualification must be submitted with the proposal.
Additionally, suppliers are encouraged to participate in the Supplier Diversity Program and must provide information regarding their business status.
