Background
Michigan Medicine is seeking a quote for Proofpoint Software subscription-based annual licenses. The goal of this contract is to provide software licenses for cybersecurity solutions to support their operations, specifically for email security and data loss prevention. This initiative aims to enhance the security infrastructure for 53,000 employees across various locations.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Proofpoint Software Licenses for a term of either 1 year or 3 years. The licenses will cover 53,000 employees distributed as follows:
- 6,000 at UMHWest
- 12,000 at UMH-Sparrow
- 35,000 at AMC Ann Arbor

The services required include:
- Log API forwarding (1 license)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Encryption
- Inforsec PS implementation (1 license)
- EFD 360 unlimited
- EFD initial configuration (1 license)
- Secure email relay – 250 GB per year (1 license)
- Secure email relay (2 licenses)
- Secure email relay encrypt (3 licenses)
- Add secure email relay DLP 250 GB (3 licenses)
- ENT PO F-Secure SAAS
- Professional services – implementation (1 license)

Vendor support for implementation of the Proofpoint platform and transition from Valimail, Area1, and Ironports to Proofpoint.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from May 2025 through May 2026 for the one-year term or extending through May 2028 for the three-year term.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with Michigan Medicine including UMHWest, UMH-Sparrow, and AMC Ann Arbor.

Bidder Requirements
Preference will be given to goods or services manufactured or provided by Michigan businesses if they are competitively priced and of comparable quality. Additionally, suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as governed by the State of Michigan.
