MiUI Business Management Consultant

Background
The Department of Technology, Management, & Budget (DTMB) is seeking to establish a business management consulting team to work directly with Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) staff.

The goal of this contract is to coordinate and consult with the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget and Deloitte to ensure a successful implementation of the MiUI program. This contract does not affect the responsibilities of DTMB under MCL 18.1124, and work will commence immediately upon execution of the contract.

Work Details
The contractor will provide consulting services across three phases: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. Specific deliverables include:
- Coordination with UIA staff and other stakeholders.
- Support for monitoring and reporting on System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assistance in tracking and triaging open issues.
- Development of a training plan for UIA staff.
- Implementation support for project management tools.
- Business project support focusing on operational readiness.
- Vendor management related to training and testing processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed immediately upon final signature and is expected to cover all phases as outlined in the proposal. Specific timelines for each phase will be determined during contract execution.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at locations specified by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, & Budget and may include remote work as necessary.
