Background
The University of Michigan - Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for building, provisioning, and managing Microsoft Azure and GCC High services. This initiative aims to support research involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) by offering compliant virtual server and desktop computing, storage, email, videoconferencing, voice, and file sharing services. The project must adhere to Federal CUI compliance standards as the current approved system does not meet all collaboration needs.

Work Details
The vendor will deliver a turnkey solution that includes:
- Building and provisioning Microsoft Azure and GCC High services.
- Managing virtual server and desktop computing environments.
- Providing storage solutions compliant with CUI requirements.
- Offering email services that meet CUI standards.
- Implementing videoconferencing solutions that are CUI-compliant.
- Facilitating voice communication services compliant with CUI regulations.
- Enabling file sharing capabilities that adhere to CUI requirements.

The proposal must include all necessary services and costs to meet the business, technical, and regulatory requirements outlined in the RFP, along with a detailed approach/methodology and staffing requirements.

Period of Performance
The project deliverables are expected to be completed no later than twelve (12) weeks after the contract start date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Michigan locations in Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint, MI.
