Media Services - 13th Floor AV Systems Maintenance & Support Services

Background
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is seeking proposals for maintenance and support services for the audio-visual systems located on the 13th floor of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, specifically in the Erma Henderson Auditorium.

This contract aims to ensure the functionality and reliability of the video control room and audio-visual systems used during City Council meetings.

Work Details
The contractor will provide technical and professional services including:
- Maintenance of existing video control room systems.
- Support for audio-visual systems in the Erma Henderson Auditorium.
- Regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Timely repairs and replacements as needed.
- Documentation of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Coordination with City staff to ensure minimal disruption during events.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon approval by the City Council and will continue for a specified term as outlined in Exhibit A, with options for extension based on performance.
