Matrice 350 RTK drone, camera & accessories

Background
The Berrien County GIS Department is seeking bids for the procurement of a Matrice 350 RTK drone, camera, and accessories. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of the GIS Department through the acquisition of advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS) equipped with LiDAR technology for mapping and surveying applications. The County intends to award a contract based on compliance with specifications and pricing.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one (1) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) equipped with LiDAR capabilities. Vendors may submit bids for either of the following options:

- **Option A**: DJI Matrice 350 RTK with Zenmuse L2 or approved equal, which includes:
- DJI Matrice 350 RTK (aircraft, RC plus controller, standard included in box spare props/accessories/tools)
- Zenmuse L2
- TB65 Flight batteries (minimum Qty: 4)
- BS65 Battery charging station
- DJI WB37 Intelligent battery
- DJI Terra perpetual license

- **Option B**: DJI Matrice 400 with Zenmuse L3 or approved equal, which includes:
- DJI Matrice 400 (aircraft, controller, hard case, standard included in box accessories)
- Zenmuse L3
- TB100 Flight batteries (minimum Qty: 2)
- BS100 Battery charging station
- WB37 Intelligent Battery
- DJI Terra perpetual license.

Each option must be priced independently and bidders must provide detailed technical specifications and manufacturer documentation for any proposed equivalents.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award. Delivery of the UAS system must be completed by June 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will be at the Berrien County Administration Center located at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Michigan Public Act No.517 of 2012 regarding Iran-linked businesses and submit a sworn and notarized affidavit confirming compliance. Additionally, all equipment must be new and unused; vendors must be authorized resellers. Bids must include itemized pricing for each option submitted along with warranty information and delivery timelines.
