Background
Marysville Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for Category 2 Wireless Access Points as part of their initiative to enhance internet and data transmission services. The goal of this contract is to improve the technological infrastructure within the school district, ensuring better connectivity and access to digital resources for students and staff.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Category 2 Wireless Access Points. Bidders must submit two copies of their bid, including one electronic copy on a flash drive. The specifications for the wireless access points should adhere to industry standards, and any non-eligible products or services must be itemized.

Bidders are also required to comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) guidelines set by the FCC. A 24-month agreement is required to accommodate potential funding delays and service delivery extensions. Additionally, all bids must include a valid SPIN, proof of current SPAC (Form 473), and comply with all rules set forth by the Schools and Libraries Corporation and the Universal Services Fund.

Period of Performance
The service start date is as early as April 1, 2026, with a bid due date of February 6, 2026.

The contract will be performed at Marysville Public Schools located at 495 E. Huron Blvd., Marysville, MI 48040.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must include a valid SPIN displayed on all bid documents, proof of current SPAC (Form 473), one electronic copy of the bid on a flash drive, and comply with SPI invoicing only. They must also understand and comply with all rules required by the Schools and Libraries Corporation and the Universal Services Fund.
