High School & Middle School Mechanical Upgrades

Background
The Edwardsburg Public Schools is seeking bids for mechanical upgrades at both the Middle School and High School located in Edwardsburg, MI. The goal of this contract is to enhance the mechanical systems within these educational facilities to ensure a better learning environment for students.

Work Details
The project involves complete construction work for mechanical upgrades at the Edwardsburg Public Schools Middle School and High School. This includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required to perform the upgrades as specified in the Bidding Documents. The construction will be managed by a Construction Manager and must comply with all outlined specifications and requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed until February 26, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at the Edwardsburg Public Schools located at 69410 Section Street, Edwardsburg, MI 49112.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide bid security of five percent (5%) of their bid amount. Successful bidders will need to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to contract execution. Contracts will be entered into with Edwardsburg Public Schools.
