FPS 2023 Bond-BP# 4&5 Disney, Emerson, RMS Renovations

Background
The Fraser Public Schools 2023 Bond involves renovations for Disney, Emerson, and Richards Middle Schools. Barton Malow Builders is the construction manager, and Wakely Associates Architects is the architect/engineer. The bid proposals are to be based on project manual and construction bidding documents prepared by Wakely Associates Architects.

Work Details
The work includes membrane roofing, built-up roofing, mechanical, electrical, and general trades. The bidding documents will be available for examination and distribution after 12 pm local standard time on June 11, 2024. A pre-bid conference and site visit/tour will be held for all trades at 10 am local standard time on June 18, 2024 at 36155 Kelly Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48035 Disney Elementary.
The bid proposals shall be submitted electronically via BuildingConnected.

Period of Performance
Bid proposals will be received by electronic delivery by 2 pm local standard time on 07-02-2024. The project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes, and the successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Fraser Public Schools using the AIADocumentA132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition.

Place of Performance
The construction work will take place at Disney, Emerson, and Richards Middle Schools in Fraser, Michigan.
