Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

1. **Fencing Installation**: Install fencing, including gates, according to the approved fencing plan and manufacturer's instructions.

2. **Fencing Maintenance**: Promptly replace any damaged or stolen fencing components, including posts, fabric, and gates, with fully functional equivalents within a stipulated timeframe.

3. **Fencing Removal**: Completely remove all fencing within the timeline specified by the Owner without entitlement to additional charges for late removal.

4. **Pre-Installation Due Diligence**: Review all documentation related to assigned sites, identify utility-related hazards, and conduct pre-installation site visits to assess conditions and potential impediments.

5. **Compliance with COVID-19 Standards**: Adhere to the City of Detroit’s COVID-19 Safe Workplace Standards for construction sites, including worker testing and health screenings.

Period of Performance
The contract's performance period will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed from the Owner and must be completed within the timeframe stipulated in that notice.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at commercial sites located in the City of Detroit, specifically at 8001 W Jefferson.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must assign a qualified Project Manager as a point of contact for all matters related to these services. They must ensure that all personnel possess necessary accreditations and experience as required by applicable laws and industry standards. Compliance with COVID-19 testing protocols is mandatory for all workers present at the worksite.
