Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the emergency alteration of blighted commercial structures at 4244 Joy Rd. Key tasks include:
1. Assigning a qualified Project Manager as the primary contact for the Owner.
2. Ensuring all personnel have necessary accreditations and experience to safely execute services.
3. Providing all required equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Obtaining all necessary permits and maintaining accurate records for seven years post-completion.
5. Conducting thorough site inspections prior to work commencement, including verifying disconnection of utilities and identifying any impediments to work.
6. Installing a six-foot chain link fence around the work area within three days of notice to proceed, including proper signage as specified.

Period of Performance
