Background
Monroe Public Schools is seeking proposals for construction work related to the Domestic Water Replacement and Related Work at Cantrick Elementary School located at 1008 Riverview Avenue, Monroe, MI. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper replacement of domestic water systems and associated work to enhance the school's infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves comprehensive construction work including the replacement of domestic water systems at Cantrick Elementary School. This includes all necessary trades and services required for the completion of the project. The successful contractor will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers as they will enter into a direct contract with the Owner.
