The Lincoln Park Public Schools (LPPS) Board of Education is seeking sealed proposals for the District Paving project for the years 2026-2027. - Stripe new parking stalls and existing parking lot
- Add bumper blocks
- Sealcoat and crack fill existing parking lot
- Clean all debris caused by this work
2. **Lafayette Elementary, 1360 Lafayette Blvd, Lincoln Park MI 48146**
- New playground asphalt approximately 14,100 square feet:
- Remove existing asphalt
- Fine grade stone
- Furnish and install 2.5 inches EML leveling course
- Apply SS-1H bond coat
- Furnish and install 1.5 inches 5EML wearing course
- Clean all debris caused by this work
3. **Keppen Elementary, 661 Mill Street, Lincoln Park MI 48146**
- New parking lot approximately 16,386 square feet:
- Remove existing asphalt
- Remove and salvage fence
- Remove and reset parking blocks
- Fine grade stone
- Furnish and install 2.5 inches 4EML leveling course
- Apply SS-1H bond coat
- Furnish and install 1.5 inches 5EML wearing course
- Restripe to match existing layout.
4. Additional playground asphalt approximately 23,326 square feet:
- Remove existing asphalt.
- Repair catch basins.
- Fine grade stone.
- Furnish and install required leveling courses.
All work must be completed by August 31, 2026.
Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to start in Summer 2025 with a completion deadline of August 31, 2026.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within Lincoln Park Public Schools in Lincoln Park, Michigan.
