District Multi-Function Printers

Background
Northville Public Schools is seeking bids for the purchase of Multi-Function Printers (MFP) to meet current and projected needs across various school locations. The goal is to secure a contract that encompasses all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for installation and maintenance in compliance with technical specifications and applicable codes.

Work Details
The contract includes the following major elements:
1. Multi-Function Device capable of copying, printing, scanning, and faxing;
2. Paper Trays;
3. Finishing Components;
4. Connection to Owner’s Ethernet network;
5. Systems Programming;
6. Testing and Training;
7. Removal and recycling of existing MFP units being replaced;
8. Provision of all equipment, materials, labor, and services necessary for installation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for the project is June 16, 2025, with a completion date set for August 1, 2025.

The work will be performed at multiple locations within Northville Public Schools including:
- Amerman Elementary School
- Moraine Elementary School
- Ridge Wood Elementary School
- Silver Springs Elementary School
- Thornton Creek Elementary School
- Winchester Elementary School
- Meads Mill Middle School
- Hillside Middle School
- Northville High School
- Cooke School
- Operations and Technology Building.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must submit a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement, an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Disclosure Statement certifying non-affiliation with Iran-linked businesses, and a Criminal Background Check certification for all personnel who will be on school premises. Additionally, bidders are required to provide a Bid Guarantee Bond (5% of total bid amount) and must comply with insurance requirements including general liability coverage.
