Background
Belding Area Schools is seeking proposals for a three-year contract to provide custodial services across its various facilities. Work Details

The contractor must provide all necessary cleaning supplies (excluding consumables like toilet paper and hand soap which will be provided by the District) and maintain equipment in good working order. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that all employees are properly trained in safety protocols, including biohazard and asbestos safety.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for all prospective bidders to clarify specifications and requirements.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on July 1, 2026, and will last for three years until June 30, 2029. There is an option for two one-year extensions based on performance evaluations.

All services will be performed at various facilities within the Belding Area Schools district located in Belding, Michigan.
Bidder Requirements
