Chromebook Refresh

Background
Charlotte Public Schools (CPS) is seeking to refresh 500-1000 Chromebooks for its district to enhance the educational resources available to students. The goal of this contract is to procure new devices that meet specific technical requirements, ensuring that students have access to modern technology for their learning needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide between 500 and 1000 Chromebooks with the following specifications:
1. Intel CPU or AMD;
2. 4GB RAM/Memory or greater;
3. 16GB of SSD storage or greater;
4. 11 inch screen;
5. Non-touch screen;
6. Clamshell design;
7. Minimum of two (2) USB C charging ports;
8. Must include Google Enterprise Management License.

All products must be delivered between July 1st, 2026 and July 10th, 2026 during operational working hours of 8 AM and 3 PM EST.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from the bid opening on March 2nd, 2026, until the delivery of the Chromebooks, which must occur between July 1st, 2026 and July 10th, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Charlotte Public Schools, Attn: Business Office - Chromebook Refresh, located at 378 State Street, Charlotte, MI 48813.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a notarized bid proposal and include a current Certificate of Insurance compliant with the school district's requirements. Additionally, bidders are required to complete and submit a Familial Disclosure Form with their proposal.

Bidders must not have any familial relationships with members of the CPS Board of Education or Superintendent. They must also certify that they are not an Iran-linked business as defined by the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
