Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and installation of interior cameras at all entrances and exits to/from University and Michigan Medicine buildings. Suppliers must refer to several documents for detailed requirements, including:

1. Project Overview with Scope, Requirements, and timelines;
2. Product Purchase Agreement;
3. Data Protection Agreement;
4. Business Associate Agreement;
5. Supplier Information and Questionnaire;
6. Pricing Excel;
7. Specs and Deliverable Requirements;
8. Potential Cabling and Conduit Work.

Period of Performance
The expected duration of the contract is three years, with an option to extend for an additional one-year period as mutually agreed upon between the University and the supplier.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations across the University of Michigan campus and Michigan Medicine buildings.
