Cage Fieldhouse Sitework Renovation - Swartz Creek C/S

Background
Swartz Creek Community Schools is seeking bids for the Cage Fieldhouse Sitework Renovation project. The goal of this contract is to complete necessary renovations at the Cage Fieldhouse, which is located within the district. The project aims to enhance the facilities for the community and improve the overall functionality of the site.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the Cage Fieldhouse Sitework Renovation. This includes site preparation, grading, landscaping, and any other construction-related tasks as outlined in the plans and specifications prepared by French Associates. Bidding documents are available for download from Precon Suites and can also be reviewed at George W. Auch Co.'s offices.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on May 23rd, 2025, with specific timelines to be established in accordance with project requirements.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Cage Fieldhouse located at 4110 Morrish Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company or a cashier’s check of at least 5% of their proposal amount if it exceeds $30,512. Proposals must include a Familial Disclosure Statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more must furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount.
