BP 6 - Riverside Middle School

Background
The Crestwood School District is issuing a contract for the Riverside Middle School Renovations & Additions as part of their 2024 Bond Issue Program.
The project aims to enhance the educational environment and facilities at Riverside Middle School.
Axiom Construction Services Group, LLC is the construction manager overseeing this project.

- BC:03A – Foundations, Flatwork & Sitework
- BC:04 – Masonry
- BC:05 – Steel & Miscellaneous Iron
- BC:06 – General Trades
- BC:07 – Roofing, Sheetmetal & Gutters
- BC:08 – Aluminium Entrances, Glass & Glazing
- BC:09A – Metal Studs, Drywall & Acoustical Ceilings
- BC:09B – Hard Tile & Terrazzo Ceilings
- BC:09C – Carpet & Resilient Flooring
- BC:09D – Painting
- BC:11A – Kitchen Equipment
- BC:14 - Elevators
- BC:22 – Plumbing
- BC:23 – HVAC & Controls
- BC:26 – Electrical & Technology.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence following the bid award and will be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents.
The bid due date is set for April 01, 2026.

Place of Performance
The renovations and additions will take place at Riverside Middle School located at 1045 N. Gulley Road, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48127.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid security of no less than 5% of the total base bid sum.
Each bid must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with members of the Board of Education.
Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not an 'Iran linked business' under the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
All proposals must include applicable Federal, State and Local sales taxes.
