Background
Berkley Schools is issuing a solicitation for Additions and Renovation projects at Angell Elementary School and Rogers Elementary School. Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence following the award and will be performed according to the schedule outlined in the bid documents. Bids are due by April 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Angell Elementary School located at 3849 Beverly, Berkley, MI, and Rogers Elementary School.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must include the Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220) with their bids. Additionally, all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of five percent of the bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified bank check. Successful bidders may also be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
